Residents are charged lodgings depending on whether they are in receipt
of Newstart or Disability allowance

Cost of lodgings

 is reviewed twice a year
 and may be
increased in line with Centrelink payments.

The House does not provide free accommodation but may in emergency situations defer payment of lodgings for an individual.
