The Crisis Short Term accommodation Units are for men
and women 18 years and older * |

| *If a person has a mental health issue
or intellectual impairment they must have a referral
from their key/case worker, and following steps are
be taken before admission |
| Step 1 |
- Arrange a time for the interview
The person must first be interviewed
by staff at the house. |
| Step 2 |
- The Interview
Please do not bring the individuals personal belongings |
| Step 3 |
- Notification
After the interview, the person will be notified
within 48 hours as to whether the House will provide
short-term accommodation to the person |
| Step 4 |
- Admission
On
presentation of acceptance notification, admission
can take place. |
| IMPORTANT - Staff
at 55 Central do not hold or dispense medication,
therefore a resident
must be fully capable of managing their own medication. |
