CRISIS ACCOMODATION

55 Central provides crisis accommodation to men and women who are without accommodation or at risk of homelessness

SHORT TERM ACCOMODATION

Short term accommodation is also provided. During this time, residents must enter into a contract with staff to work on agreed issues. The aim is to assist the individual to return to living within the community in the shortest possible period of time.

GOALS OF SERVICE

The goals of service at 55 Central are to enable residents to:

  • Have their immediate support and accommodation needs met.
  • Increase their knowledge and skills so as to enable them to change their lifestyle patterns where appropriate.
  • Access support, advice counseling for issues such as drug and alcohol dependency and
  • Access independent accommodation where available and appropriate.
